Rodriguez Music Boosters 501(c)(3)
The Rodriguez Entertainment Unit includes marching band, symphonic band, jazz band, color guard, drumline, and choir.
The unit, by its nature, requires a high level of discipline and dedication from its members, whether in the classroom or on the parade ground, as the band practices up to three times a week in preparation for events and parades, striving for members to do their best.
The Rodriguez Music Boosters are a group of parents and non-parent supporters of the Rodriguez High School Entertainment Unit. It is made up of an executive Board and includes the Band Director in a Board Adviser role. Each preside over multiple committees staffing the many needs of the REU and the students that make up our ensembles. This group functions outside of the Athletic Booster Club at Rodriguez High School, and solely supports the Rodriguez High School Entertainment Unit program. Anyone is welcome to be a part of this very important group and volunteer members are always needed.
Teamwork is vital for the smooth running of the unit; however, combined with this dedication and discipline, we have fun! We are fortunate to have and proud of the dedicated staff and parents in front of and behind the band who are on hand to help, advise, support, and make the band the success it is today.
The Rodriguez Music Boosters are a registered non-profit organization (ID 68-0484843) whose purpose is to support the students that participate in the Rodriguez Entertainment Unit. All proceeds from our fund raising efforts go 100% to support this program.
